Banyule Flats Reserve

Had my first brunch in months, explored the streets of Richmond with Lin on foot, tangled our hair in hedges of wattles (mini pom-poms) and bushes, picked our to-go-next locations by dropping pins on Google Maps, took nature walks around Banyule Flats Reserve, cooed at kangaroos from a distance, hung around after being disappointed by for early dinner and ended at one of the more exciting surprise discovery bars.

Chicken & Beer – our odd find when Lin was dying to use to the toilet – which had surprisingly good chicken. And a long awaited Blood Orange & Pear cider.

I love lugging around the 85 and being constantly surprised by how different light sometimes gives me secret rainbow flares.
